VENUE HIRE CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility while ensuring we can manage our bookings effectively.
Please read our cancellation policy carefully before confirming your booking.
CANCELLATION BY THE HIRER

More than 30 days before the event: Full refund of hire fees, less a 10% administration fee.

15–30 days before the event: 50% of the total hire fee will be refunded.

14 days or less before the event: No refund will be issued.
All cancellations must be made in writing to our Events Team via email.
POSTPONEMENT REQUESTS
If you wish to postpone your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.
Postponements requested less than 14 days before the original event date may incur an additional administration fee.
CANCELLATION BY NAVIGATION HOMES STADIUM
In rare circumstances where the stadium must cancel a confirmed booking (e.g., for safety concerns, natural disasters, or unforeseen operational issues), a full refund will be issued. We will work with you to reschedule where possible.
FORCE MAJEURE
Navigation Homes Stadium is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather events, government restrictions, or acts of God. In such cases, we will work with the hirer to find a reasonable resolution, including rescheduling or partial refund, depending on the situation.
